Biography Nyawiir Andria Minyiel holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Africa Nazarene University. Andria began her journey at the Institute as a research assistant on a Gender-Based Violence (GBV) study in 2022, working for only three weeks. Her exceptional performance during this period impressed the leadership, who have retained her ever since. She currently serves as the Administration and Communication Officer at the Sudd Institute, where she supports organizational operations and leads communication efforts.
